Ideas For Helping Your Child Succeed in 3rd Grade 1) Listen to your child
when he/she is reading orally: 2) Initial your child’s homework tablet every night 3) Check to be sure all homework assignments are completed 4) If an assignment is missing, please write the teacher a brief note 5) On weekends check with your child to see if they need any school supplies for the next week – wide line folder paper, pencils, red pen, eraser, etc. 6) Insist that you child memorizes math facts: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Help your child accomplish this by studying together, playing games and using flash cards. These facts are the key to future success. Thank you for all of your help! You are the greatest! |
