Beginning in January, all scrip orders will need to ordered online and paid on-line via PrestoPay.  We not not process any orders that are not ordered and paid online.  If you have any questions on how to order online or how to set up PrestoPay, you can visit the shopwithscrip web site or email Mrs. Ramirez at scrip@stlouisedm.org


Scrip News

ATTENTION VONS SHOPPERS! You need to have renewed your commitment to eScrip/Vons by November 1st, in order for your continued contributions to be credited to St. Louise. If you participated last year, renew so your contributions may continue to earn your family credit toward your tuition voucher.

 

Box Tops for Education

Save your box tops and send in to the school office.  Our school receives $.10 for each label turned in.  Please double check the expiration date to make sure it has not expired. We collect throughout the year, along with fun student contests each quarter and then we submit twice a year: March 1st and November 1st. Thank you for your continued support

 

Scrip

Every St. Louise School family is responsible for $100 scrip profit from May 1—April 30. You may elect to “buy out” of the scrip/tuition voucher program by paying $100.

Here are some ways to meet your scrip profit commitment:

  • Go to shopwthscrip.com and order gift certificates. Profit amounts vary by merchant. Our ID# is1422CD4E9225
  • Vons shoppers: register your Vons card with eScrip and profit from your purchases help St. Louise school! Our eScrip supporter number is 137856081
  • Target Red Card:  Register your Target Red Card (both the debit ad credit Red Cards) to St. Louise.
  • Register your Ralphs Reward Card.

 

How do I order scrip?

You may send your order in to  the school office with or parish center,  or,  you may place your order on-line with shopwithscrip.com.

**Please note that all orders, whether you ordered on-line or wrote out an order form from the school office, need to be submitted by Monday before 8:30am will be available for pick up on Friday after 2:00pm in the parish center. Whether you order on-line, or send in a written scrip order form, all orders must have payment attached. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.

 

 Scrip Tuition Assistance Voucher Policies:

Once your goal of $100 is reached any monies over the first $100, less a 10% administration fee, will be returned to you in the form of a Tuition Assistance Voucher. Vouchers are distributed three times a year, Sept., Jan., and May. The following rules apply to the voucher program:

  • Vouchers must be included & mailed with your tuition payment to be redeemed.
  • All vouchers expire three (3) months from date of issuance.
  • St. Louise is not responsible for lost vouchers.
  • Copies will not be accepted.
  • Vouchers may not be traded or exchanged. They are only valid only to the issued family.
Family Service Hours
Every family is required to volunteer 40 service hours, and give 12 hours to the bingo program. In addition to earning your hours, your participation is a vital part of our school community - it holds many of our programs together. Our school needs your time and talent, and below are just a few ways to meet these volunteer hours and support the school:

  • Frontier Days Carnival

 

 
Fundraising

Bingo

      • 11 hours per family (if you work on the floor, or $450 buyout)
      • 12 hours per family (if you work in the kitchen, or $450 buyout)

 

Paper Truck

Proceeds from your paper recyclables funds not only supplies school activities and supplies but also scholarships for our 8th graders moving on to parochial high schools and the Faith In Action scholarships awarded to incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders.

 

 

Box Tops for Education

Ink Jet Recycling

Send in your old ink jet and printer toner cartridges and we’ll recycle them and receive cash for our school projects!

 

St. Louise Booster Club – After-school athletic program

Innisbrook Wrap – Each athlete is required to participate in this annual Booster fundraiser.  Boosters supports the after school athletic program by paying for CYO dues, insurance, ref fees, tournament entry fees and equipment.  They also sponsor scholarships to 8th graders who continue their education at parochial high schools.
