Ministry Coordinator

Full-Time Exempt with Benefits

The Ministry Coordinator role involves renewal and formation of the ministries within the parish and pioneering new ministries.  We are actively seeking a dynamic “people person”, with a gift in recruiting, working with, and managing lay volunteers. 

The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, verbal and written communications skills; competency in envisioning, applying appropriate methods and basic program development; and the ability to mentor and support ministry leaders and lay volunteers in building and nurturing their relationship with God through faith-building opportunities.

The Ministry Coordinator must be a practicing Catholic with equivalent experience to three (3) years in Ministry Leadership at the Parish or Diocesan level.  The ability to organize, work independently, prioritize tasks, and work with other staff and/or volunteers in a team setting is a must.  Computer literacy and flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends, as needed.

Social Media Coordinator

Part-Time (20 hours a week)

The Social Media Coordinator will help support the mission of the church as seen in the Sunday services, through print media, our website, broadcast venues, social media (Facebook,Instagram, etc.), digital means, and other creative channels. The qualified candidate will have prime responsibility for the creative output of the Parish by developing video production, graphics, visual branding, and other creative elements. 

Skills and abilities include:

  • A passion for engaging a community through creative media needs and faith oriented in his/her values
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Availability to work on evenings and weekends as needed for events
