St. Louise de Marillac will bless your animal(s) on Saturday,
October 7th at 9:30 AM on the basketball courts at the Annual
“Blessing of the Animals.”
It has been a Catholic tradition to bless our animals on or near
the feast day of St. Francis. Please bring your pets to be blessed
on this day by our priests! Bring your cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, lizards, snakes, birds, mice, rabbits, turtles, hamsters, etc. There will be a prayer and a blessing that is done in the spirit
of St. Francis who had a particular affinity to animals.
