Mass Procedures

If you reserve church Mass tickets, please come – unless you are not well. If you do not use your tickets, you may be denying someone their opportunity to attend Mass in the church.

You must arrive prior to the start of Mass to use your tickets. If you are not on time, your reserved space may be given to someone in the standby line. No exceptions. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of Mass.

Guests will enter through the vestibule driveway door (east side of the church).

Ushers/staff/volunteers will seat guests. Family members living together in the same house can sit together. However, seating will be limited to no more than 5 people in a pew. Households with more than 5 people will require 2 reservations.

Ticketed guests must be seated by the start of Mass. Mass will start at the appointed time. Standby guests will be provided seats for any remaining seats available at the start of Mass.

Communion may be received in the hand only. Communion may not be received on the tongue. Consecrated cup will not be offered. Follow the guidance of volunteers

Dismissal will be through the south doors. Please follow instructions for dismissal when they are announced. Private prayer or devotions will not be possible after Mass.

After every Mass the church will be cleaned and high touch areas will be disinfected.

Please go directly to your vehicle after Mass – do not linger or socialize, as parking will be needed for the next Mass.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

Hall and Vehicles

Hall and vehicle participation does not require a reservation.

Onsite Mass will be livestreamed to Msgr. Pierce Hall. Seating will be first-come, first-seated; limited to a capacity of 100.

Please remain in the hall or your car at all times during the Mass. Eucharistic Ministers will bring Holy Communion to you.

For those in their cars, you may listen to our Masses tuning into 99.3, where we will broadcast the mass via FM Radio.

Alternatively, you can view the mass livestream using your phone, tablet, or laptop. Select “SLDM-Mass” from the available networks in your device settings.

Daily Mass

Daily mass will continue Monday through Saturday with an 8:00 AM Mass. Reservations are not needed to attend mass, but spaces are limited.

The church will remain open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 11:00 AM for private devotions, unless there is a funeral.

Please remain in your pew for private prayer. In addition, please do not kneel before the tabernacle or statues.

Once you are ready to leave, dismissal will be through the south doors. Please follow instructions for dismissal when they are announced.

Mass in the Msgr. Pierce Hall will be closed for daily masses. However, you are welcome to tune in from your car. Eucharist will be unable to be brought to occupants in their car.
